Which resolution should I choose?
Standard (1×) is fine for viewing on screen and sharing in chats. High (2×) is the default and keeps small text sharp. Print (3×) produces large images for printing or zooming in on details.
Choose PNG for pages with lots of text or diagrams, and JPG for pages that are mostly photos, where it makes much smaller files.
