It helps you spot words you repeat too much, and check that an article about a topic actually mentions it. Aim for natural writing rather than a target percentage, because repeating a keyword over and over makes text harder to read.

Is my text sent anywhere?

How is reading time calculated?
It’s an estimate based on an average reading speed. Speaking time uses a slower average pace, because people talk more slowly than they read.
Are spaces counted as characters?
Both counts are shown: characters with spaces and characters without spaces. Check which one your form or platform uses.
